The Emberites have made it out of their underground city into the real world. Things have changed since the great disaster before their time. The few survivors made their own small towns. The small village of sparks has agreed to take in the 800 some people. Soon differences began to occur. Can Doon and Lina keep the two groups from starting a full blown out war?
